研究内容  我々の生活環境には、ヒトや動物の健康を害する様々な要因があります。本研究室では、化学物質から病原微生物までの幅広い健康障害因子を研究対象とし、それらの環境汚染物質あるいは食品汚染物質としてのリスクの評価や、ヒトへの健康障害機序に関する研究を行っています。
